About these terms
These terms apply to your use of weavos.io, which is run by Iceum LLC, doing business as Weavos ("Weavos", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
How we handle your information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
The free analysis
The free analysis is a short, automated read of a product listing, compared with similar listings. It is for general information only. It is not a full account review, and it is not a promise of any result.
- Until our live data source is connected, the analysis shows a sample report on a sample listing, labelled as a sample. Its figures are not about your product.
- Any figures in a live analysis come from third-party data sources and may be incomplete, estimated or out of date.
- Please only enter listings you own or are allowed to research.
Applications
We take on a limited number of brands, chosen for fit. Applying, or joining a waitlist, does not create a business relationship and does not guarantee an opening. We may decline any application, and we don't have to give a reason.
Client services
Account management and any other paid work are covered by a separate written agreement between Weavos and the client. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services on particular terms.
Results and testimonials
The client results on this site are real, and each is measured from where that client started. They are not typical or guaranteed. Results depend on the product, the category, competition, pricing, stock, the client's own decisions and changes on the marketplaces, which no one controls.
Testimonials are what listeners, students and clients sent us, shown as they were sent. They reflect their own experience.
Using the site
Please don't:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to send false or misleading information;
- scrape, copy or harvest the site's content or data by automated means;
- try to break, overload or get around the site's security, including its bot checks;
- use the free analysis to build a competing product or data set.
We may limit or block access to anyone who does.
Intellectual property
The site's content, including its text, design, images, video and the Weavos and WeavOS names and logos, belongs to Weavos or is used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, change or republish them otherwise without our written permission.
Third-party names and services
Amazon, Claude and other product names, logos and brands on this site belong to their owners. Their appearance here does not mean those owners endorse Weavos. Being an Amazon Ads Verified partner means Weavos meets Amazon Ads' requirements for that program; it does not make Weavos part of Amazon.
Links to other websites are for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
Disclaimers
The site and the free analysis are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Weavos will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, sales or data, arising from your use of the site or the free analysis. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This section does not apply to client services, which are governed by the client's own agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
