The short answer
The work is the same: Amazon PPC, listings, catalog and creative. What changes is how often your account is read, what each change rests on, and who does it.
At Weavos, AI reads every account every morning and ranks what to change. I decide. Every change is logged, and the big ones run as tests and get graded, so what works is kept.
Side by side
| Question | Common in a traditional agency | Weavos, on WeavOS |
|---|---|---|
| How often your account is read | Weekly or monthly reviews are common | Every morning, every account |
| What a change rests on | Best practice and the manager's experience | Your own data, with the big moves tested and graded 0 to 10 |
| Who runs the account | Often an account manager, with the work handed down | Me, hands-on, with a small team when needed |
| Who you talk to | Whoever is assigned to you | Me, the person running your account |
| What you can see | A periodic report | Every change logged, a weekly report every Tuesday and a monthly report |
| Terms | Long contracts are common | Month-to-month after onboarding |
Agencies differ a lot. Many good ones read accounts often and test carefully. Ask any you're considering.
What the AI does
- Reads. Every morning WeavOS pulls your ads, sales, stock and competitors from Amazon Ads, AdLabs, Nova and Keepa.
- Ranks. Claude ranks what to change, with the reason for each.
- Remembers. Every test gets a hypothesis, a window and a grade from 0 to 10. The next decision starts from what your account has already shown.
What it doesn't do is decide on its own. I review and approve every change myself, so each one gets a human's judgment and an AI's speed.
AI for Amazon ads and listings
On Amazon PPC, the daily read catches wasted spend and search terms worth their own targets days sooner than a weekly review would. On listing optimization, titles, bullets and back-end keywords are rewritten from your own search data, and the big changes are tested and graded like an ad change.
What stays the same
You still get someone who knows Amazon. I've spent 10+ years building my own brands and coaching other sellers, and I run every account myself, with a small team when it's needed. You still get reports, and you can still ask questions: in Slack if you use it, with numbers back in seconds.
When a traditional agency fits better
- Your brand sells less than $50k a month on Amazon. Weavos works with brands above that.
- You'd rather not share account access with the person running it.
- You want the cheapest PPC help you can find.
- You need a large team for many marketplaces at once. Weavos is built around Amazon.
